Notes or transcript:  “There was a very interesting program rendered at the Christian church yesterday morning. Some special songs were sung which were very appropriate for the occasion. D. R. Baker made an address, which was full of touching sentiments and patriotic thoughts. After the service at the church a short, but impressive program was went through with at the Masonic cemetery. Time and space forbids us from giving a detailed account.”
