Notes or transcript:  “Rev. Reuben Barrett was in town yesterday and said his barn is all complete — with the exception of the trimmings. He calls the paint, lightning rods and insurance the trimmings, and says from bids submitted up to date they will constitute about one-eighth the cost of the barn. Rather high, he thinks; but trimmings always come high, whether they are put on a big barn, fine clothes, or, in a police court.”
