Notes or transcript:  “The lecture given by Rev. Bishop at Cook’s opera house last Tuesday evening was well attended. The lecture, while not as good as some we have heard, was full of good thoughts and those who heard him would derive much benefit from his advice if closely followed. Rev. Bishop has a fine voice for a public speaker and was given good attention by his audience.”
