Notes or transcript:  “Sunday afternoon Gracie, young daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Bohannan, fell and broke one of the bones in her right forearm. Dr. J. E. Pierpoint attended to the fracture and found it to be in the same place where both bones were broken in a fall last autumn. Gracie was playing with some other little girls at the home of Mr. and Mrs. I. N. Sewell northeast of town and sustained the fracture in an attempt to jump across a ditch.”
