Notes or transcript:  “The Ladies T. E. I. circle held their final entertainment on last Saturday evening, by a fine Christmas tree, held at the home of Mrs. Lillie Bosley, one of whom was a member. There being present over 100 members and friends who listened to a lengthy program, consisting of songs, recitations, and tableaus. All was rejoiced to hear the ring of the good old telephone which announced that Santa was coming, and with a hop, skip and a jump in he came he and his wife who distributed to all present a liberal treat. The tree was up-to-date, both in presents and trim. All then returned to their homes feeling they had been entertained, as well as the little folks. Although it dies with the old year, all feel that it has left a lasting impression on the minds of all present. But we will meet again and live on as a new body and as more of a charity club than the old one.”
