Editor and Company Go for a Drive

One of the perks of being the editor is the option to publish ones thank you notes.  D. R. Baker writes in the July 5, 1913 Skidmore New Era (Skidmore, Missouri) on page 8:

The editor and two little girls — one of them a borrowed one — are indebted to Mr. and Mrs. Dan McGrew of Graham for a most pleasant “joy ride” Friday evening in Mr. McGrew’s little Ford.  Mr. and Mrs. McGrew drove up to Skidmore and the editor and two little Misses accompanied them from Graham.
