Notes or transcript:  “Clark Forney, of King Grove, was the guest of M. A. Sewell, Sunday. Mr. Forney is arranging to soon start to the Black Hills, where he expects to make good money ranching. His plan is to buy about fifty cows and herd them on the range where there is no cost for the pasture and where cattle can live throughout the year on grass, alone. With proper care, the increase in the herd amounts to a small fortune in a few years.”
