Notes or transcript:  “Mrs. Birdie Fullerton had an experience Tuesday night – when Uncle Tom’s Cabin show was here – that frightened her until she was speechless for a time. While sitting alone on the porch at her father’s home, a man walked out of the house, stopped to look at her a moment and then climbed into a buggy which was driven by about that time. How long the stranger had been in the house or what his motive was, is a matter of wonder as nothing has been missed by the family.”
