Notes or transcript:  “Hiram Fullerton, while out milking Sunday evening, was stricken with paralysis and lost the use of his left leg and arm and whole left side. Dr. Leake was called and attended him. He reports the life returning to the arm and leg, but he thinks it will always bother his vocal organs. – Stanberry Headlight. Mr. Fullerton is a brother of our townsman G. D. Fullerton, and has a large number of friends in this part of the country who will regret very much to learn of his misfortune.”
