Article title:  A Victim of Typhoid

Notes or transcript:  “Nellie May Gaukel died Tuesday afternoon at the home of her parents, Mr. & Mrs. John Gaukel, five miles southeast of Skidmore. She was ill with typhoid, and pneumonia set in which caused death in about sixteen hours. The funeral was conducted by Elder Conner, pastor of the Christian church at this place, Wednesday, and the remains were interred at the Graham cemetery. Deceased was 21 years, 11 months and 12 days old.”
