King-Caywood

A very pretty wedding took place Wednesday, Nov. 11, at the home of the bride, three and one-half miles north of Maitland, when Miss Mariam Danforth King, the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. Ward King, was united in marriage to Mr. Ralph LaVern Caywood of Maitland.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mat Caywood of Maitland, and brother of Miss Hazel Caywood, teacher in the Skidmore schools.  Both groom and bride are well known to the citizens of Maitland and surrounding community.

After the wedding ceremony a delicious and dainty five course, six o’clock luncheon was served. ¬†The young couple took the evening train at Biglow for Kansas City and from there will visit the Parks College to attend the fall festivities.
