Notes or transcript:  Long article describing a drought-breaking rainstorm. Joseph Logan was in Maryville and started for home but got only as far as Charles Albright’s farm because a bridge was washed out. When he attempted to return home the next day, his buggy was mired in the mud and was broken to pieces.
