Last name, company name or subject:  Manchester

First name:  Frank

Middle name or initial:

Article title:  Shooting Gallery

Notes or transcript:  “After due deliberation Michael Freeze and Frank Manchester came to the conclusion that Skidmore was in need of a shooting gallery and that they were in need of all the nickels they could get hold of and hit upon the plan of placing a shooting gallery in our little city. The fore part of the week they rented the building lately vacated by J. L. Betz & Co. and have been busy arranging for their targets which have not yet arrived. We feel safe in saying their new business will be a ‘cracking’ affair.”
