Notes or transcript:  “Mr. William Mills of King Grove neighborhood, was the unfortunate victim of a peculiar accident last Saturday, which has almost disabled him. He had felled a tree which, in falling, had lodged on one of the large branches, and was not lying to suit him. When the limb was chopped off it flew back and struck him a terrific blow in the face, knocking out two or three teeth and breaking his jaw bone. His eyes suffered severely, also.”
