Last name, company name or subject:  Riggs

First name:  Spillman

Middle name or initial:

Article title:  Riggs’ Lecture

Notes or transcript:  “Spillman Riggs opened the Skidmore Lecture Course last night with a most delightful lecture on ‘The Humorous Side of Life.’ After his lecture he gave his audience a program of vocal solos, whistling solos, and readings that were fine. We believe we voice the sentiment of the people when we say Mr. Riggs’ lecture and entertainment was more enjoyable this year than it was last year. He was greeted by a large and attentive audience.”
