For Sale resident property of the late Samuel Bender in the southeast part of Skidmore.  Property consists of 1/4 of a block (150-foot front by 140 feet deep), 6-room, one story cottage with closets, pantries and bathroom.  In good condition.  Plenty of shade trees and some fruit trees.
