Notes or transcript:  “The S. C. Hoyt Produce Co. in Maryville failed this week. Milum Linville drove a wagon and bought for the company in tis section. Two firms in town, J. F. Kellogg and Sewell Bros. & Montgomery have sold great quantities of produce to the company and have claims against it amounting to nearly one hundred dollars, but their promt action in the case, Wednesday, secures them against loss.”
