Notes or transcript:  “A good old lady got off of the morning passenger, Monday, through mistake, thinking this was Bigelow. She understood the brakeman to call Bigelow so she left the car although she saw the name ‘Skidmore’ on the depot. The dear old soul was in all kinds of trouble and couldn’t see for the life of her why the brakeman said Bigelow instead of Skidmore, because, said she, ‘I was listening all the time.’ She had to wait for the down freight before she could continue her journey.”
