Notes or transcript:  “Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the village of Skidmore, Mo., of the annual election to be holden on Tuesday, the second (2d) day of April, 1901. Said election being for the election of five (5) Trustees for the ensuing year and on the proposition to incorporate as a city of the Fourth (4th) class. Said election to be holden at Bosley’s grain office on Elm street. March 8th, 1901. W. J. Berry, Francis Jones, S. Saunders, Judges.”
